PRINCIPAL
Sairam earned his Master of Town Planning from School of Architecture and Planning (Chennai) in 2002 and B.Arch degree from Regional Engineering College, Tiruchirapally in 2000.Before joining the academic profession, he has a varied work experience in various capacities as a design architect and project architect and has worked on commercial projects (Tech Parks, Hotels), High Rise Residential and Residences. He is also member in Institute of Town Planners, India and Indian Institute of Architects.
M.Arch
Bachelors in Architecture from RVCE, Bangalore and Masters in Architecture from UNSW, Australia, he started his own firm in 2005 called ‘Realm Architects’ in Bangalore. Ar. Sriraj Basavaraju believes that life is a journey and that one must live it to the fullest. He has been the principal architect for a decade and has worked on a good variety of projects.
On the other hand, he has shown keen interest in the field of academics – He was formerly the HOD/Dean at Impact College of Architecture and was also teaching at RVCE. He also writes for the architecture column in Deccan Herald and is an extremely passionate biker. He believes that integrity, sincerity and dedication are the basic virtues that any human being should possess and that these values form the crux of life.

Completed his B.Arch from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad in 2003. Since then he has been a member of Council of Architecture, India. Did his Masters in Construction Management from Swinburne University of Technology, Australia in 2005. He has good working experience in various branches in construction in Australia, India & United Kingdom
MFA
Mr Harsha has completed his masters from Dharwad Karnataka University and also has 3d animation certification from Annapoorna studio, Hyderabad. Working on special artistic soft and manual skills needed to support professionals of architecture students.
He has been honoured with awards for his works related to fine arts.

Have been engaged in teaching Architecture Students over the last four years and main interests lie in History of Architecture and Sustainable Design.
Worked on various Residential and Interiors Projects. Loves travelling and exploring new things

Ar Nikhil has completed his Bachelor of Architecture from BV Bhoomaraddi College of Engineering & Technology, Hubli and Masters in Habitat Design from BMSCA, Bangalore. Previously handled the role of a Studio Coordinator in HMS School of Architecture Working on rural built form behaviour to transform the urban places.
Ar. Surbhi completed Bachelors from Birnale school of Architecture - (SHIVAJI UNIVERSITY, KOLHAPUR) with University 1st RANK - GOLD MEDALIST. And Masters from Ramaiah school of architecture, Bangalore.
Her landscape thesis project on "HIGHWAY LANDSCAPE" highly appreciated and awarded with as "BEST THESIS PROJECT" by Ramaiah school of architecture.
Other hand from past 5 years managing Interior, Architecture and Landscape projects with team IDC ARCHITECTS, Bangalore.

Ar Shruthi has completed her Bachelors from Acharya NRV SOA with University top rank and Masters in Landscape Architecture from Ramaiah SOA. Her landscape thesis on conservation of Khazan lands at Mandovi River was highly appreciated. It has been nominated for NIASA and presented at national level ISOLA open thesis day 2018.
Presently working as a landscape architect in ECOINSCAPE.
Believes in the concepts of Sustainability and energy efficient architecture.

Nitin completed his bachelor’s degree in Architecture in the year 2012 from M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore. During his Architectural practice, he worked on a wide variety of projects which included Residential, Group housing, Commercial, Public and Institutional buildings. His interests include travelling, painting, photography and baking.

ArMadihaFirdouz has completed her Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Acharya's NRV School of architecture & Master's in Landscape architecture from Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore. She has her own practice and has worked on several resorts and residential projects. Her passion for teaching has brought her to RRSA.
Ar Varuna Shukla has completed her Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Babu Banarsi Das National Institute of Technology & Management with University 3rd Rank-BRONZE MEDALIST in 2014 & Master's in Landscape architecture from Babu Banarsi Das University , lucknow. She has her own practice and has worked on several residential projects. Her passion for teaching has brought her to RRSA. Her interests include sculpturing, painting, sketching and photography
Ms. Bhavani mani holds a Bachelors degree in architecture (B.arch) from Mcgan’s Ooty school of architecture, OOty(2012) and a Masters in General architecture from Bharath university of Chennai (2017).
She has worked as an architect at a private architectural firm in Bangalore between 2013-2015 includes working on various projects such as Residential, interior and space design.
After this she worked as assistant professor (2017-2018) at Reva University, Bangalore and mcgans Ooty school of architecture (2019-2020) nearly 5years of experience in both practice and academic with a interest towards research innovation and collaboration with professional from related fields
